If you searched for the Product-Led Summit, you're most likely looking for Product-Led Alliance. They run the Product-Led Summit events in 2026, and their events page has the cities and dates.
We're ProductLed. We run an event with almost the same name, and this page is about ours: what happened to it, and where its best ideas went.
Go for the people
We're fans of anyone who gets product-led people into the same room. If you're going to a conference to meet people, go. A hallway conversation with a peer who already solved your problem is hard to get anywhere else.
If you're going for the ideas, there's a faster route. Two of the three books below are free to read online.
What happened to the ProductLed Summit
We started the ProductLed Summit in January 2019 as a free online event. Anyone could watch the talks live, and at its peak we ran it twice a year. The July 2020 edition alone had more than 150 speakers.
Then the big online summit served its purpose. When product-led growth first came out, people needed to hear all the unique perspectives on it. Over time there were so many perspectives that we had to simplify and standardize. So we took the best from everyone and boiled it all down into the books.
The ProductLed Summit still runs. Today it's a small, invite-only group of founders that gets together once a year.
The talks from the early summits are still free to watch in our Product-Led Summit playlist. Follow us on YouTube for what's new.
Where the ideas went: the books
If you want to understand product-led growth faster, read the books. Everything we learned from the summits is in them. The first two make up the ProductLed library, and they're meant to be read in this order.
- Product-Led Growth, second edition. Start here. It answers what product-led growth is and whether it's right for your business, and the second edition was rewritten for the AI era.
- The Product-Led Playbook. Then do it. The Playbook is the complete system for growing self-serve revenue with a tiny team, and you can read it free on our site, chapter by chapter.
- Product-Led Onboarding by Ramli John. Read this one if you want to go deeper. It lays out a six-step strategy for turning new users into lifelong customers, and it's free to read too.
The best place to start
The best way to start with ProductLed is the free ProductLed Assessment. In about two minutes it reads your website and names the one thing to fix first. Heading to a conference this year? You'll walk in knowing the one problem you most need help with.
You'll also get our newsletter, which is where we announce new events and the next books in the ProductLed library.
