Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you charge more based on my stage?
Larger companies have exponentially more complexity—it takes 2x longer to get alignment, analyze data, and coordinate across teams. But our impact scales proportionally too.
Can I scale up and down each plan as we work together?
You bet. Most of our clients start with the Accelerated or Integrated plan and then continue refining their GTM strategy with us on the Strategic level.
Do you only work with SaaS companies?
Yes. We specialize in helping SaaS founders implement a product-led growth system that actually converts.
What makes you different from other consultants?
We don't just advise, we implement PLG for your team. Our team rolls up their sleeves and helps execute the actual work. We know how to implement the full-stack PLG approach covered in the ProductLed System.
Do you guarantee results?
Yes we do. However, it is a two-way partnership. If you don't implement what we recommend and let us embed in your team than we can't guarantee the impact.
Why not just hire someone full-time to do PLG?
You totally could hire someone full-time. But most of the companies that come to us already did that or launched a PLG motion internally and it didn’t work.
By the time they reach out, the funnel’s underperforming, conversions are flat, and growth has stalled. And that one broken funnel? It’s usually cost them way more than what we charge - lost upgrades, churn, delayed learnings.
The biggest mistake we see is companies waiting 6–12 months trying to figure it out internally. Then they circle back once they realize they didn’t have the system, the sequencing, or the support to get it right.
We’re not guessing. We’ve done this hundreds of times, across different stages and models. If you want to avoid wasting 6 months, this shortcut pays for itself fast.
