As a product-led business, you have an unfair advantage over competitors as you have unlimited access to a dominant growth engine and significantly lower CACs. But, it takes an entire team to make the strategy work.
This week, we’ll go over:
Wes Bush:
Hello everyone, and welcome to the last module, called The Product-Led Organization. I'm really excited to dig into this topic today because whenever we're thinking about building a product-led business, it is going to be 10 times harder if it's just you always leading the charge. We need to figure out how to get everyone else on board, how to get buy-in, and really get everyone rowing in the same direction. That's what we're going to cover today, which is why I'm excited to dig in.
Wes Bush:
There's really three things we're going to cover. First is to identify how every team works differently in a product-led organization. I'm going to go through a few examples and then I want you to really challenge yourself and think about, with your team, how do you see every team working differently as you make this shift from sales-led to product-led. Then I want you to really iron out how we can unify every team, despite their differences. This is going to be really interesting. We're going to find that there is one really interesting way that you can quickly get everyone on board relatively quickly. Then the last piece is just how you can build a successful product-led culture, because at the end of the day, it is going to be the easiest way to get everyone on board, is if we start embedding the principles of product-led growth within our company and getting everyone bought in to the culture.
