Community Guidelines

Deliver More Value Than You Extract

If your whole goal in this group is to just promote your content or product, please don't join. One of the best parts about the ProductLed Growth Slack community is that a lot of extremely talented people give tons of value. If you're just trying to extract value and push your product, you will be removed pronto.

Don't be afraid to challenge

If someone says something that you don't entirely agree with, don't hesitate to challenge them. As long as you challenge the idea and not the person, you will both be better off and learn something from each other.

Build solid relationships

In the ProductLed Growth community, you'll find experts from HubSpot, Appcues, OpenView, Invision, Intercom, Drift, and some other incredible businesses. Why not make a few friends?

Personal Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a safe environment where everyone is treated with dignity, decency, and respect. Our ultimate goal with this community is for PLG enthusiasts around the world to come together to learn from one another. It is meant to be a safe space for open and honest discussions about all things related to product-led growth.

Be respectful. You can disagree with others but do so tactfully. People who are found to be abusive or who put others down may be removed from the community with little or no warning. Comments or messages that are homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, or racist, or contain any type of bigoted language (as determined by ProductLed) will be dealt with accordingly and may result in the deletion of your account.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for this type of behavior and will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Conduct that may result in immediate removal includes (but is not limited to):

  • Harassing or bullying members or moderators,
  • Racist, sexist or homophobic language
  • Making threats against others,
  • Spamming the forum or specific members,
  • Promoting illegal activities,
  • Promoting violent conduct,
