Hello, everyone. I am excited today to dig into this topic around how to identify your product-led strategy. So this really sets the foundation for the program because when we know our strategy, everything fits into place and it's going to help us identify who we should target, how we should target them, and how are you eventually going to be delivering value to these users, turning them into happy paying customers and along the way, building a truly product-led business. So I'm going to waste no time, I'm just going to share with you what we're going to be covering in this lesson, and then we're going to get right into it so we can have some fun along the way. All right, so the first outcome is really helping you find out if now is the right time for your business to be product-led. I don't care what you think about right now.

Maybe we have a guess. Maybe we have some opinions along the way, but I'm going to take you through a framework around how you can get crystal clear on identifying if now is the right time for you to be product-led. And the second piece is really, I want to take a step back and look at okay, based on if it's the right time or not for your business to be product-led, what model will perform best for your business? And there's so many choices out there we could choose. There's free trial, there's premium, there's free trial with freemium. There's hybrid approaches, where you integrate sales into the flow of this. There's so many different ways we can slice and dice your product-led model. So we're going to review a few of those, and I'm going to leave you with a bunch of considerations to make so that you can make the best choice possible. And along the way, there's going to be tons of examples that you can dig into and see how other people have approached these same problems. So without further ado, let's dig in.
