Wes Bush:
Hello, everyone. Super excited to dig into this topic because it is so important when ever we're looking at being at this whole transition from sales led to product led. Figuring out how to deliver on your value is one of the biggest pieces of this. Now you might be thinking to yourself as a sales led company, I already deliver my value. So why do I need to even show up to this module and pay attention? Well, the main thing I want to challenge you to think about is whenever you are leading with your products, typically that journey starts with the user will sign up for maybe it's a free trial or a free model of your product. They go into your product. And the only difference between the product led companies that have sign-ups and users that just sign up once and never come back, and other companies that have users that come and have a good reason to come back, it really just comes down to how quickly are you delivering on your value?
Wes Bush:
So that's really one of the big challenges we're going to be covering today. And so by the end of this lesson, you're going to be able to walk away understanding what is the biggest challenge product led companies face today? And how you can tackle it. And then we're going to dig into just really how do you understands your user's pain and solve for it as fast as possible? Because if you don't, people will leave and they have no reason to come back to your product. And so to really solve those big challenge of like, how do we deliver on our value as quickly as possible? We're going to go through a four step exercise so that you can really reduce your products time to value and create an onboarding experience that helps your users become successful in a short period of time. So let's jump in.
