We're Launching The Product-Led Podcast!

Every few years, a new buzzword pops up in the digital marketing space and gets everyone all excited such as “inbound marketing,” “conversational marketing,” and “growth hacking.” There’s a new phrase making the rounds these days: “product-led growth.”

Some view product-led growth as the magic potion that will help decrease customer acquisition costs, increase retention, capture more lifetime value, and decrease the time to pay back from customers. 

They point to Hubspot, Slack, and Dropbox as the epitome of product-led growth. How hard can it be? Just slap on a free plan to your product just like Hubspot, make the signup and onboarding experience as frictionless as possible like Slack, and maybe add a bit of virality like Dropbox, and you’re done, right? 

But, for every Hubspot, Slack, and Dropbox that has managed this feat, there are many more that have struggled to do so.

So the question is this: How have these companies succeeded where so many others have failed? 

You could just consume a bunch of articles about product-led growth best practices and “simple” tips. You could also buy the Product-Led Growth book and read it from cover-to-cover. 

But, the truth is that implementing a growth strategy is really hard and very few have it all figured out. In the pursuit of figuring it out, the real lessons are learned from the failures and successes. Unfortunately, in most cases, those lessons are rarely shared with others. 

That’s why we’re excited to announce the Product-Led Podcast!

We want to share the lessons from product-led growth practitioners and leaders from companies like Heap, Klipfolio, Gainsight, Hubspot, Vendasta, and many more.

Every week we’ll talk with product-led growth leaders and practitioners who have real knowledge to share on what it really takes to use their product as a growth engine for their business. In doing so, we hope you find inspiration, direction, and practical tips to help fuel the growth of your product.
